PIE RAGOUT



Resep Basic Pie :
·         250      gram    Mentega
·         100      gram    Gula Halus
·         1          butir     Telur
·         400      gram    Tepung Terigu

Caranya :
1.      Mentega dan gula di kocok sampai setengah mengembang
2.      Masukan telur kocok hingga merata
3.      Masukan tepung kemudian aduk hingga sampai bisa di cetak

Bahan - Bahan PIE RAGOUT :
·         100      gram    Ayam potong dadu direbus
·         1          buah    wortel potong dadu direbus
·         1          batang Daun Bawang
·         1          Sdm     Tepung Terigu
·         100      cc         Susu Cair
·         1          sdm     Margarin
·         1          siung    Bawang Merah dan Bawang Putih
·         Secukupnya     Lada, Penyedap rasa
·         Secukupnya     Gula

Caranya :
1.      Cairkan margarin, tumis bawang putih & bawang merah sampai harum
2.      Masukkan semua bahan, kecuali tepung terigu dan susu
3.      Cairkan tepung dengan sedikit susu. masukkan ke bahan yang sedang dimasak. Aduk.
4.      Masukkan susu cair sedikit - sedikit sambil diaduk sampai susu habis dan adonan kental.
5.      Sendokkan ragout ke dalam kulit pai, gunakan garpu untuk meratakan ragout. Isikan ragout sesuai selera.
6.      Masukan ke dalam oven selama kurang lebih 20 menit atau bagian atas ragout kecoklatan.
7.      Pie ragout siap di hidangkan.
